PROMISE

CURVA SUPPLEMENT

This supplement is designed to improve blood flow and burn fat. This needs to be taken twice a day, morning and evening with plenty of water and immediately after a meal.

Ingredients included are:

Niacin:  improves circulation and helps burn the fatty acids released L-Carnitine:  improves the metabolism of fat and supports muscle development Ginko Biloba:  improves energy levels and can reduce cravings Omega 3:  improves circulation and is the good fat our body needs

Green Tea Extract:  is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory

The active ingredient, Niacin, can cause a tingling sensation, causing you to feel a little flushed, hot, itchy or red. This is a normal reaction that can last 30 minutes to an hour.  Take an aspirin beforehand to minimize this feeling.

ZERONA TREATMENTS

The timing of treatments plays an important role in your results. The laser opens a pore to allow the fatty contents to escape and stays open up to 72 hours.  If you go beyond this, the pore has the capability of closing back up. Our goal is to keep the pores open for 14 days or more at a time.

Appointments will be every 48 hours apart, no more than 72 hours.

HYDRATION

It is recommended to consume ½ oz of water per pound of your body weight.  Basically take your weight, divide in half and this is the amount of water per ounces one should consume.  This will aid in releasing the fat through the lymphatic system.

ELIMINATION OF DIURETICS

Remove caffeine and alcohol from your daily intake one week prior to your treatment and one week after the last treatment.  These two substances have a dehydration effect on your body and will inhibit your results. Your lymphatic system needs to process at its highest performance to assist in eliminating any waste released by the Zerona laser.

If you have one of these beverages, it must be replaced by another 8 ounces of water.

HEALTHIER/IMPROVED EATING

Control your fat intake, carbohydrates and sugar. Add fruits and vegetables, whole grains and fiber to your daily intake. By eating wholesome every 2-3 hours will thrust your metabolism into high gear, therefore burning fat off at a steady rate. Drinking water before a meal will aid in fewer calories consumed.

Extreme dieting is not necessary.  By making a few minor changes, your results will change immensely.

IMPLEMENT CARDIO

To make the most out of Zerona and your investment, it is recommended to do at least 30 minutes of cardio per day.  Taking a walk on top of your daily activity will due.  This is recommended to promote circulation throughout the body.
